Setting the Java Path for Tomcat
When Tomcat is installed as a Windows service and the Java Version is changed the Tomcat service will not start.
Set Tomcat to see the latest version as follows:
Run ..\Program Files\Apache Software Foundation\Tomcat 9.0\bin\Tomcatxw.exe and then in the Java tab set the "Java Virtual Machine" to the new Java JVM path
